History

Industrial Training Institute for Women West Eleri was established in 2012, on the realization that the country was in need of skilled female craftsmen for its growth. It is the one and only women ITI in Kasaragod District. It has been designated with an objective of strengthening the qualitative and quantitative needs of training for women in Kerala. The institution seeks to impart a trainee centered, value based, skill development oriented training so as to enable the trainees to face the challenges of the fast growing global scenario particularly in scientific and technological field in the years ahead.
